### Bookings and Payments

- All bookings are subject to guide availability
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Cancellation policies vary by experience
- Gather charges a 10% platform fee

### Guide Responsibilities

If you're a guide, you also agree to:
- Provide accurate experience descriptions
- Maintain required licenses and insurance
- Communicate promptly with participants
- Deliver experiences as described
- Follow all local laws and regulations

### Limitation of Liability

Gather provides a platform connecting users with guides. We are not responsible for the actions of guides or participants during experiences.

### Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

### Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
